Information about our company and our philosophy

Our office is located in an uncontaminated area of the National Park of Cilento and Vallo Di Diano, on an area of approximately 10,000 square meters used for production, warehouses and offices.

The structure operates with around 20 employees and is managed by a system of tasks and hierarchies that allow maximum control with the minimum error and a quick response in the event of a problem.

We process about 2,000 quintals of excellent raw material for a production of about 500,000 pieces a year.

In addition to the national market, we serve 11 other countries for a total of around 1,000 customers.

The most sought-after product in our wide range is friarielli, a typical recipe from the Campania region, we carefully select and process the raw material with a production capacity of about 4000 pieces per day.
